The Principal Partners of New Dimension Laser have over 40 years combined CO2 3-axis and 5-axis laser cutting experience. Laser cutting services are performed with a Mitsubishi VZ1 Laser with a working envelope of 7’ by 10’. The extra large cutting area gives us the capability of cutting Stamped, Injection Molded and other Pre-Formed materials as well as flat blanks. We have the capabilities of cutting up to 3/8” mild steel, 1/4" stainless steel, and aluminum. New Dimension Laser will also cut other ferrous and non-ferrous materials pending M.S.D.S reports. Our team at New Dimension Laser, Inc., has the capabilities of helping its customers manage tight time constraints. We are able to manage jobs ranging from prototype to either short-run or full production component parts. We are capable of creating laser programs through the use of supplied data, prints, or master layouts. Data can be sent via Internet or through the use of CDs or floppy disks. New Dimension Laser, Inc. also provides pick-up and delivery services to many of its customers for virtually no additional charge.
